When you request a quote, call an agent, or complete a client information form, we collect information you provide directly — such as your name, phone number, email, date of birth, and information relevant to your insurance application (health, income, and coverage details). We also keep a record of calls and text messages exchanged with your agent for service and compliance purposes.
We use your information to prepare insurance quotes and applications, follow up on missed calls, schedule appointments, and service your policy. Sensitive application fields are encrypted at rest and only decrypted by your agent when reviewing your submission.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, including affiliates, partners, or other vendors, for marketing purposes.
Your mobile number and SMS consent are used solely to communicate with you about your own quote, application, or policy, and are not sold or rented to any third party.
We share information with insurance carriers only as needed to obtain a quote or process an application you have requested, and with service providers (such as our telephony and hosting providers) who help us operate this platform under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
We retain client and application data for as long as needed to service your policy and meet insurance recordkeeping requirements. Sensitive fields are stored using field-level encryption, and access is logged.
